Finding your fit
Please use the measurements listed on the individual product page and compare them with your own measurements before selecting a size. Size labels can vary by style, fabric, and design; do not rely on your usual size alone.

HOW TO MEASURE
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level and comfortably snug.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waist, typically the narrowest part of your torso. Do not pull the tape tight.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, with the tape level.

FIT NOTES
- Review the fit description on each product page, including stretch, lining, corsetry, cups, closures, and silhouette where applicable.
- If your measurements fall between sizes, use the product-specific fit advice or contact us before ordering. Do not assume every style should be sized up or down.
- If you plan to wear specific shoes or undergarments, consider them when checking length and fit.
- Allow time for delivery and any local alterations you may choose. Alterations can affect return eligibility where permitted by law, so review the Return and Refund Policy first.

STANDARD SIZE VS. CUSTOM SIZE
- Standard Size: choose the listed size that best matches the product-specific chart. On a regular in-stock listing that is not labelled “Tailor-Made” or “Custom,” Standard Size orders follow the regular return/exchange rules, subject to the policy and applicable law.
- Custom Size: the dress is made using the measurements you submit. Measure carefully, use the unit requested by the product page, and recheck every value before submitting. A customer-supplied measurement error or change-of-mind request is generally not eligible for a voluntary return/refund where lawful.
- If a product is labelled “Tailor-Made” or “Custom,” its special return arrangement applies even if you select a Standard Size. Read the notice shown on that specific product page before purchase. For these labelled items, change-of-mind/fit-preference requests for a Standard Size selection may be handled by partial refund only where lawful; a Custom Size selection is generally not eligible for voluntary return/refund for non-quality-related reasons.
- These arrangements do not remove your rights if the item is faulty, incorrect, materially misdescribed, or fails to match agreed measurements/specifications, or where mandatory consumer law requires another remedy. See the full Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy.
