OVERVIEW
This website is operated by SHEPROM. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SheProm. SheProm offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and any policies linked here.

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the services except where applicable law provides otherwise.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you to place an order. You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information for purchases and account details and to update it when needed.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizing, and other details accurately. Actual color appearance may vary by screen, display settings, lighting, and photography. Images are intended to represent the item, but minor variations in color or finish may occur.

Please review each product page, size chart, measurements, fabric/lining details, included accessories, and any stated processing time before ordering. Contact us before purchase if you need clarification. A sizing or color disclaimer does not excuse a materially inaccurate description or remove any rights provided by law.

Some dress listings offer both “Standard Size” and “Custom Size.” The option selected in your order, together with any “Tailor-Made” or “Custom” label shown on the product page, determines which return arrangement applies. On a regular in-stock listing that is not labelled “Tailor-Made” or “Custom,” a Standard Size order is handled under our regular eligible-return policy; a Custom Size order is made using the measurements you submit and is generally not eligible for a voluntary return/refund for non-quality-related reasons, where lawful. For a product labelled “Tailor-Made” or “Custom,” a Standard Size order may be eligible only for a partial refund for change-of-mind or fit-preference requests under our voluntary policy, where lawful; a Custom Size order is generally not eligible for voluntary returns/refunds for non-quality-related reasons. The product page will explain the applicable arrangement before purchase. These terms do not remove remedies for faulty, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products, failures to follow agreed specifications, or any mandatory consumer rights.

3. PRICES, TAXES, AND AVAILABILITY
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change before an order is accepted. The price charged for an order is the price shown at checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law. SheProm does not normally show import duties or import taxes as a separate tax line at Shopify checkout. Depending on the destination and route, our mainland-China freight forwarder may calculate and collect applicable import charges from SheProm or our fulfillment partner before dispatch. The scope of any prepaid service, and any charge not covered by it, is explained in our Shipping Policy. Any seller-side VAT, GST, sales-tax registration, collection, or reporting duties imposed on SheProm by applicable law are handled separately where required.

4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may need to verify payment, address, inventory, or order details before accepting or fulfilling it. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted or dispatched, if permitted by law.

If we cannot fulfill an order, or must make a material change, we will contact you and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required. We will not rely on this clause to avoid obligations under applicable consumer law.

5. SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Shipping estimates, mainland-China fulfillment, and the handling of import charges through our logistics partners are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are described in our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated, and mandatory delivery, cancellation, refund, and consumer rights remain unaffected. We will only describe import charges as prepaid or covered where the shipping service for the order has been confirmed to support that treatment.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes; violate applicable laws; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; submit malicious code; interfere with site security; attempt unauthorized access; or provide false or fraudulent order information. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers, or legal rights, subject to applicable law.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Site content, including text, graphics, logos, product photography, layout, and design, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit site content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The site may use third-party services or contain links to third-party websites. We do not control independent third-party services and are not responsible for their content or policies. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to its own terms and privacy policy.

9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude or limit any warranty, liability, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other liability that cannot legally be limited.

Subject to the preceding paragraph and applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that are not reasonably foreseeable. Any additional limitation of liability must be reviewed for the jurisdictions where you sell and must not conflict with mandatory consumer protections.

10. INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the site or your material breach of these Terms. This clause does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own breach, negligence, or other conduct for which indemnity cannot lawfully be required.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The updated date appears at the top. Changes apply as permitted by law; changes do not retroactively remove rights already accrued.
